Kenneth Agee

President

Mr. Agee has spent his entire career in crude oil refining and natural gas processing. In 1984, he formed Syntroleum Corporation a publicly traded company that did extensive gas-to-liquids (GTL) development between 1990 and 2005 where he was responsible for much of the process and catalyst development. In 2007, Mr. Agee formed EFT where he has worked to establish a growing contract research business while developing novel approaches to FT catalysis, reactor design and plant design that will significantly reduce the construction and operating cost of small, modular plants. Mr. Agee holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is listed on 11 issued U.S. patents and 12 pending patents.

Mark Agee

Vice President – Business Development

Mr. Agee has spent his entire career engaged in growing technology companies, from start-up through IPO.   Mark was one of the first investors in Syntroleum, founded by his brother, Kenneth Agee in 1984.  He joined Syntroleum in 1994 as VP of Finance, initially to raise additional capital, and subsequently transitioned to President/COO, and Board member, positions he held until his departure in 2002. During his tenure at Syntroleum, he helped raise more than $250 million, added more than 100 employees, negotiated several partnerships and joint R&D agreements and developed the structure for licensing which resulted in license agreements with 7 international oil companies. Mr. Agee holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tulsa and is a member of the Chemical Engineering Department’s Board of Advisors. He was inducted into the University of Tulsa’s Engineering Hall of Fame in 2007. He is listed on 8 US patents and two pending patents all in the field of synthetic fuels.

Ed Holcomb

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Holcomb has 8 years of public accounting and 24 years of corporate finance experience. He has held positions of VP of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller prior to joining EFT and has over 10 years directing the SEC reporting at Docucorp International, EXE Technologies and Memorex Telex. Mr. Holcomb is a CPA and holds a BSBA degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Tulsa.
