We’ve told you before that the ball has already started rolling on press coverage of our sustainable fuel production technology. Well, how’s this for proof?
On Thursday, EFT was featured in TIME. Our Founder and President, Kenneth Agee, sat down with the publication to discuss our recent partnership with Twelve to produce the world’s first-ever fossil-free jet fuel. The article, which focuses on the crossroads of clean fuel solutions and the U.S. military, spotlights EFT’s fuel technology, which is currently being considered by the U.S. Air Force, as a viable option for combating climate change.
EFT’s “white as snow” synthetic crude, used to make fossil-free jet fuel.
And that’s not to mention the great case they made for global scaling of our business. Meeting the U.S. Air Force’s demand for jet fuel, the piece notes, will require the creation of hundreds of new EFT plants. Now, we’re not under any delusion that we can “corner the market” on renewable fuels (at least not in the near future)—but with proper funding, in part raised through our current offering, we’ll be able to build our own new plants while we continue to license our technology, primarily to multinational corporations. That will put us in a great position to tackle the high (and still rising) demand for clean fuels—and not just for the U.S. Air Force, but also the countless other government agencies, airlines, global shipping firms, and large corporations that are shifting to fossil-free solutions.
This article is sure to turn some heads, and we’re more excited than ever to see what the future holds for our waste-derived fuel production tech.
