We’ve had an incredibly busy past couple months, and we want to share some of our most exciting developments with you.
You may have heard—we recently licensed our technology to carbon transformation company Twelve to produce E-Jet®, the first-ever fossil-free jet fuel from carbon dioxide electrolysis. Now, in an effort to reduce CO2 emissions, the U.S. Air Force, who also helped fund the project, is adopting this fuel to power their fighter jets. This is one small step for a sustainable future, one giant leap for EFT, as we continue to provide crucial fuel production technology to other green-minded companies. For more on this groundbreaking innovation, check out its coverage on Simple Flying.
On November 7, our president, Kenneth Agee, spoke about E-Jet® with local publication Tulsa World. Their discussion also branched out into the larger backdrop of sustainability—what it really means for a fuel to be carbon-negative or carbon-neutral, and why the time is up to move away from fossil fuels. To find out where EFT fits in, both in the current stage and the future, you can read the full article here.
